  • Bouquet:

    The nose is quite lifted showing lemon/lime citrus intensitycombined with some creamy and nutty barrel ferment characters.
  • Palate:

    The palate is tight and fresh, displaying grassy/citrus and nutty flavours. The palate displays ample weight of juicy succulent stonefruit flavours combined with a wonderful lick of acidity to give a fine dry minerally finish.
