    Beautiful quince and fig, with supportive vanillin burgundian French oak. Developed marzipan and roasted honeyed nut characters are filling the background to complete this wine.
  • Palate:

    Bright and jam packed with curranty sweetness and restrained power. Full malolactic fermentation has added a brooding length and viscosity to the palate which is interwoven with a tight acid back bone.

    100% barrel fermentation, with maturation on lees for 8 months. Fortnightly stirring for 6 months and monthly stirring thereafter.
