The nose exudes fresh honey and glazed pears on a bed of mango cream, with marzipan overtones and an attractive spiciness from barrel fermentation and maturation in French oak barriques.
Palate:
The palate is very pure and focussed, with exceptional length and minerality typical for Hamelin Bay. Increased use of wild fermentation has added complexity and texture.Source:
