    Hamelin Bay`s 2002 Sauvignon Blanc has an intensely aromatic nose distinctive to cool climate Sauvignon Blanc that combines mouth watering savoury herbaceousness with characters of vanilla bean and green melon. The colour is pale green lemon with brilliant clarity.

    The palate is strikingly fresh with excellent persistence of flavour. The balance between mineral flavours, and crisp acidity provide for an appetizing dry finish.
