    Complex aromas of peach, vanillin and mango are supported by restrained nougat oak, now integrating beautifully so that it’s more part of the wine than detectable.
  • Palate:

    The palate is medium to full bodied with moderate to long persistence, finishing with dry tantalising lemon acidity.

    Try with fresh baked snapper and a Greek salad.
