  • Palate:

    The palate is medium in weight and length. A juicy front / mid palate leads to dry fine tannins giving a tight knit impression to the wine. Over time this wine should evlove and soften expressing the power of the Five Ashes cabernet and softness of the Five Ashes merlot.
